Steps

1. Chose your niche affiliate offer.
2. Find a suitable background picture which reflects what you are offering.
3. Grab only the catchy heading that is on the sales page of the affiliate offer as your main heading.
4. Scan through the sales page to see if you can siphon out a sub-heading for your capture page.
5. Have a call to action.
6. Create an opt-in form [a form which visitors will type in their email addresses]
7. Write a very short privacy policy(optional). Or copy one from another opt-in form

That's just a simple layout of how your capture page should look. More experienced marketers will insert audios and videos to boost conversion but for now this will do the trick.
